As a girls ALIVE Club member, I agree to...

• Champion female sports participation and gender equality
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive and non-competitive atmosphere at all times.
• Treat everyone as an equal and show kindness and encouragement to others.
• Behave in a reasonable and respectful manner during club activities and in all communications.
• Respect my girls ALIVE network and not use it to promote any personal, business or other charity interests.
• Take sole responsibility for my own decision-making and health and safety at all times.
• Get clearance from my GP before participating in any girls ALIVE physical activity sessions.
• Pay any fees that are due before taking part in girls ALIVE activities.
  

girls ALIVE Club retains the right to...

• Cancel activity sessions when necessary.
• Limit activity participant numbers when necessary.
• Refuse membership on the grounds of non-payment of fees.
• Remove or expel any member for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour.
• With their permission, securely hold members' personal data for the purposes of club management and communications.

Membership Rules and Policies

 

1. Membership Types

• Monthly Membership: Grants access to all eligible outdoor activities, member benefits, and discounts for one month, automatically renewing each month.
• Quarterly Membership: Grants access to all eligible outdoor activities, member benefits, and discounts for 3 months, automatically renewing each quarter.
• Yearly Membership: Provides access to all eligible outdoor activities, member benefits, and discounts for 12 consecutive months, automatically renewing each year.

2. Member Benefits

• Access to Activities: Members receive exclusive access to scheduled outdoor activities, workshops, and special events organised by girls ALIVE
• Discounts: Members are eligible for discounts on selected partner services (details available on our website).

3. Membership Activation, Renewal and Fees

• Activation: Membership becomes active immediately upon purchase and confirmation of payment (Once the 1-month trial membership has been completed)
• Renewal: Both monthly and yearly memberships automatically renew at the end of their term unless cancelled.
• Monthly Membership Fee: £6.50 per month.
• Quarterly Membership Fee: £19.50 per quarter.
• Yearly Membership Fee: £72 per year.

Fees are subject to change; members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

 

5. Membership Suspension and Reinstatement

• Temporary Suspension: Members may request to temporarily suspend their membership for up to three months per calendar year due to medical reasons or personal circumstances.
• Reinstatement: Suspended memberships will automatically resume after the suspension period unless otherwise requested.

6. Membership Cancellation

• Monthly Membership Cancellation:
• Members may cancel their monthly membership by providing one month’s notice.
• Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused time in the current month.
• Yearly Membership Cancellation:
• Members may cancel their yearly membership at one month’s notice, but early cancellation may incur partial refund terms.
• Any courses or workshops purchased as a set of bookings are non-refundable.

7. Payment Methods

• Members must provide a valid credit/debit card for automatic billing.
• Payments will be processed automatically on the renewal date unless the membership is cancelled in accordance with these rules.

9. Changes to Membership Terms

• Girls ALIVE reserves the right to amend these membership terms and conditions.
• Members will be notified of any significant changes, and changes will take effect 30 days after notification.
